If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We pay return shipping. The device must be in the same condition it was received in.

Every refurbished device is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects, battery failure, and any hardware faults not caused by accidental damage. Warranty service is handled in-store at Kingsgrove or by post for interstate customers — no third-party authorised repairers involved.
