Solid phone, but condition tier was generous
Bought the "Excellent" tier. Phone works perfectly but I'd say cosmetically it's closer to "Good" — there's a tiny hairline scratch on the side. Not a deal-breaker for the price, and the team responded quickly when I emailed about it. Would buy again, would probably try "As New" next time.
